“THE TOY KING was super steamy, even if light on worldbuilding but how can you go wrong with a book featuring a sky camel.”

~ Under the Covers

If you’re looking for something super steamy to read this holiday season, then pick this up. In fact, that’s exactly what made me try it after I saw a recommendation for it. And I’ll have to try to read the first book in this series before the end of the year.

Now, don’t go into this book expecting tons of world building, even though it’s a fantasy world. This definitely falls in the erotica category. But in this world, there’s toy runners and toy makers that yes work with Santa. All in this sort of viking-esque world. That being said, this book is not about Christmas nor does it have Christmasy feels. This is about Val, who is leading the Toy Run this year, getting assigned to pick up his brother’s betrothed and bringing her back. Instead, he’s immediately attracted to her and discovers that she could be his fated mate.

THE TOY KING was super steamy, even if light on worldbuilding but how can you go wrong with a book featuring a sky camel.
