I thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of [Rebecca’s Journals}.” ~ Under the Covers

If you don’t already know, Rebecca’s Lost Journals are novellas to the Inside Out series. The premise is that Sara, who is the heroine from the Inside Out series, is in search for Rebecca by using these journals as a guide. She has a set of journals in her possession and these novellas are for your eyes only. Sara will never get to read these entries.

I loved reading these novellas. I had the opportunity to follow along as Ms. Jones had released these journals the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of them. It’s even better now that they are all in one compilation.  I loved trying to find out what Rebecca was up to and reading her day to day adventures were pretty addicting…not to mention her relationship with her man aka “master”. As a bonus, the last novella is actually in HIS POV. Because he is loved by Jone’s fans, this short story was an “eagerly anticipated” read.

Take note that these journals are closely related to the main story. Some say it can be read as standalone and I suppose you can but I strongly encouraged reading in order. I promise it’ll be worth your time. Ms. Jones’ Inside Out Series is one of my all time favorite reads.

  1. Just reading the summary for this series it didn’t seem very appealing although the idea is intriguing….thanks angela

  2. I bought book 1 but didn’t read yet since I wasn’t sure if I would want to invest in the rest of the books but your review is pushing me towards the buy side.
