“Andrew can still make a girl melt.” ~ Under the Covers
I really enjoyed the first installment in this serial, so I was excited to read more about Andrew and Aubrey. But then what I got was a very, very short installment in their relationship. This read more like a slice of life snippet with the exception of throwing in a twist to the plot at the end. I have to admit that I didn’t see that coming necessarily and I am curious as to what will happen in the next and final.
I was happy though to understand a bit more of what makes Andrew the way he is. Yes, maybe even understand his one night stands attitude towards women and sex. And where I was really drawn to his jerkiness in the first book, in this one it started getting a little old.
This was still a sexy installment, although not as sexy as the first one. Andrew can still make a girl melt. Now I want to see him get a bit more shaken up and really in love.
