What I love about an Aurora Rose Reynolds book is that I know exactly what I am getting when I start. I know that I’m about to get a dose of alpha hero goodness with a heaping of sweetness to accompany it. Of course, that does have the downside of her books being predictable and repetitive. However, I know when I am in a certain type of mood only one thing will do: a Mayson.
Until December was exactly what I wanted when I picked it up, we had December Mayson, a shy bookworm, who takes one look at single dad Gareth Black and is hit by the Mayson BOOM. However, they have a rocky start to overcome if they want to be able to explore the connection and chemistry they both feel.
This was exactly the book I wanted, it was fun, sexy and sweet. It was pure brain candy and I enjoyed every delicious bite. If you want something easy and light hearted, something that will make you feel all warm and fuzzy, then you definitely need to give this book, and this author, a try.

Predictability can be a turn-off but it does help when I’m in a reading funk and need something predictable.
