“I really enjoyed how TAKE THE STORM goes back a bit more on how it gives you bits and pieces of a lot of different town people’s lives instead of completely focusing on one couple and their troubles.”
~ Under the Covers

I’m starting to think I have a single minded interest in this series.  There are many people I don’t care enough to read about but when it comes to Luis Moreno and Mallory Alvarez, I’m all over that hot mess!

I really enjoyed how TAKE THE STORM goes back a bit more on how it gives you bits and pieces of a lot of different town people’s lives instead of completely focusing on one couple and their troubles.  As much as we get to see Luis in the aftermath of the Lacey debacle and wanting Mallory back with a passion (but not doing anything about it), we also see a glimpse of Dakota, Ginny, and more recently Marisol and Patrick.

I can’t say I didn’t see Marisol’s decision at the end coming, but I was hoping for a bit more between them.  There is always next season right?  Because the way things are going I only foresee that getting worst before it can get better.

I really want to see something from Dillon and Joanne, they have been sort of background noise for most of the series when they were such a big part at the beginning.  My only concern now as the end of the first “Season” approaches is how much will get resolved before the next batch of stories is released.  This is such a big plot and as of yet, we have not seen answers.  Just more and more tangles.  I just don’t know that I’ll have the commitment to stick to a whole other season before getting those answers and seeing things blow up in people’s faces.
