Unleashed is a great friends to lovers story. I thought Evan was just the sweetest guy in the entire world. Under terrible times, Evan and Kelsey fly off to Hawaii to escape their stressful lives. Both victims of betrayals, Evan and Kesley just want to relax under the sun and forget their broken hearts.
I will admit, some parts that were a little too mushy for my taste, but it also made the romance believable. And the sex? The sex was HAWT! Like I said, Evan knows how to treat his woman right! Ms. Lynn is great at her erotic scenes. There is no doubt that she knows what she is doing when she turns up the heat!
However, there was one thing I disliked and it had to do with Kesley. I know this is going to sound weird but, under the circumstances she was in, I thought she was TOO NICE! I wish she had more of a backbone, been a little more spunky and even more bitchy. I’m sure you’d understand what I mean when you read this. Nothing is more unattractive than a cheating male. That is all I’m going to say about that.
My favourite person of this entire book was Lisa, the pregnant chick. She stole the show for me. Hands down hilarious whenever she spoke and I love her for it! I hope to read more about her fantastic personality because she certainly jumped off the page for me and landing in my heart. I love that chick!
So if you’re looking for a good hot summer read this July, this is the PERFECT erotica read for you! With the Hawaiian setting, the hottie Evan and a little drama, Unleashed can help you heat up your summer nights!
When it comes to books I’m pretty adventurous. I read everything from Paranormal Romance to Urban Fantasy, New Adult, BDSM, LGBT fiction, Cozy Mysteries and even YA. If it’s got the littlest trace of romance in it, then I’ll probably read it. That being said, my all-time favorite authors are J.R. Ward and Karen Marie Moning.

@cindifarris This book isn’t technically in a series. There’s no series name. But Unleashed is about Evan and Rock Me (review will be up tomorrow) is about his brother, Brian whom you meet in this book.
