What I am going to remember most about this book (and this series) is the sarcastic, over the top, crude humour I absolutely adored it! ~ Under the Covers

Drew needs to form a plan, his former sexy wife has turned from a sex kitten to using a sex swing as a baby rocker. He desperately wants the spark back in his marriage and is willing to do anything to get it. Jenny is exhausted between looking after two toddlers and the over grown child she calls her husband all she can fantasize about is sleep. Can they both get what they want?

I am so sad this is the final installment of the Chocolate Lovers series! Each book has been so good, making me cry with laughter at the crazy antics of this group of friends. But I am glad we get a glimpse into Jenny and Drew’s life, they are both completely bonkers and thus perfect for one another; it was great to be able to see thing from their POV.

This book was centered on how Drew and Jenny are trying to get their sex life and their marriage back on its crazy kinky track after having two children together. But this wasn’t all it was, it also showed what a genuinely loving and close couple they were, which in the previous books I don’t think you ever saw. So although there are a crazy amount of wet-yourself-funny quotes in this book I liked this one the most:

After the last few months, I realize I don’t care about anything but being with her. She is my best friend and my life, and I will do whatever she wants me to do as long as she’s happy.

But, what I am going to remember most about this book (and this series) is the sarcastic, over the top, crude humour I absolutely adored it! I have regularly had to actually put my kindle down and just laugh it out before I could start reading again it was so funny, this is not a book you can read and still expect to appear dignified in public.

I highly recommend the Chocolate Lovers series and Troubles and Treats was a fantastic ending to a fantastic series and I am definitely going to be picking up whatever book Tara Sivec releases next!
