“…jam packed with humor and sexy times…”

~ Under the Covers

Although this is number 17 in the Ice Planet Barbarian series, it can be read completely separately and is more like a duology between this book and Prison Planet Barbarian. It’s all set in the same world as Ice Planet Barbarians, but instead of being in the icy planet of NotHoth with our beloved and primitive barbarians. Instead we are in the wide universe, with aliens that are a sister race to those stranded on NotHoth, the difference being that they weren’t stranded on an ice planet a thousand years ago.

I loved Kivian. An alien hero with a sense of humor and a fabulous wardrobe; we’ve hit the jackpot ladies and gents! Don’t let his obsession with the latest threads full you though, Kivian is a pirate… unless you happen to be Fran, a human woman stolen by aliens and sold into slavery. Also, Kivian’s mate.

This was a novella length story but jam packed with humor and sexy times between Kivian and Fran, I can’t wait to see what Dixon does next in this series.
