“…with Ice Planet Barbarians all I want is more, I can’t get enough of these horny blue guys.”

~ Under the Covers

Is this really book 13? Normally when a series has hit this many books, I start to get weary and bored and begin to wonder why they haven’t brought it to a close yet. But, with Ice Planet Barbarians all I want is more, I can’t get enough of these horny blue guys. So, yes we are at book 13 and I’m already impatient for the next one.

What I like about these books is that some are more intense than others, it helps keep the series feeling fresh and exciting with each new book that comes out. Barbarian’s Lady veers more towards the funny and the sweet as Kate, one of the new human girls gets courted by Harrec. Harrec is sweet and funny and doesn’t let Kate’s prickly demeanour deter him. I really enjoyed watching their romance unfold, it was not only a really cute story, but also a lot of fun.

I said above that I’m already impatient for the next one, well I am especially impatient because of how Barbarian’s Lady ended. Don’t fear, the HEA was happily resolved, but the last scene in the book will make the next book very interesting. I can’t wait to see what will happen to my favorite aliens next!
