“.This is the last book in the Chase Brothers series and I will be sad to see them go” ~ Under the Covers

Matt Chase is the last single Chase brother left in Petal and seeing his brothers so happy with their wife’s and family, he knows he wants the same thing. Only he has never been able to find the right woman. That is, until Tate Murphy walks into his life, bringing with her delicious cookies. He knows she is the one, but Tate has a big family of her own to deal with and a past that makes it hard to trust anyone but her siblings.

This is the last book in the Chase Brothers series and I will be sad to see them go. I have loved my time in Petal with the Chase family, everytime I have started a book I have slipped effortlessly back in to Petal and enjoyed seeing everyone there.

Matt finally meets the woman who captures his heart and once again Dane gave us a sweet little love story as the last Chase brother brings on the woo. With the help of his family and friends of course. Tate had a hard upbringing, full of abuse, but has made a success of her life and has taken care of all of her younger siblings. She never expected Matt Chase to notice her, the chubby girl from the wrong side of town, let alone for him to start pursuing her.

Like the other books in this series, I enjoyed watching the romance between the main characters, it is impossibly sweet and a little bit sexy. And, although this isn’t perhaps the most memorable series I have read, I have consistently enjoyed each and every book, so will definitely be looking to read more of what Lauren Dane has to offer.
