For a story with five-alarm sex scenes AND deep thought-provoking emotions, you must definitely give EXPOSED TO YOU and Everett Hughes a try. But remember, he belongs to me ๐Ÿ™‚ ~ Under the Covers

Artist Joy Hightower is a lucky artist whose familial ties get her on the set of the Hollywood movie, Maritime. Her uncle is the makeup department head and when he is unable to meet the demands of the fast-paced schedule, he asks Joy to help him body paint some of the actors on set. Joy enjoys her job, painting toned and sculpted bodies with the gentle strokes of her brush. But it seems that one of the actors (who she later finds out of is the โ€œAโ€ list movie star, Everett Hughes) seems to enjoy it more. Sexual tension sparks like an electrical fuse between these two and it only takes one mind-altering blowjob to cause an explosion. Joy and Everett make plans to meet again after the dayโ€™s filming, but because of some miscommunication, their rendezvous turns into one big no-show. Fourteen years later, Joy is a teacher now and accidentally runs into Everett once again. Their chemistry is once again very potent and this time, Everett isnโ€™t taking any chances that he could lose her again.

EXPOSED TO YOU turned out to be more than I expected. With a movie star hero, I wondered if he would be rich and arrogant. Instead Everett was a sweet guy with a dominant steak. I absolutely loved how loving and sweet he was with Joy. When you read the book, you will discover Joyโ€™s secret and the fact that it is so sensitive only makes the way Everett reacts to her more sweet. Joy is the type of person to guard her heart with an army, so as Everett slowly chips away at her armour, readers get a story that is so much more than just the smoking hot sex. Thereโ€™s love, and passion and awe as Everett tries to understand how he got so lucky.

For a story with five-alarm sex scenes AND deep thought-provoking emotions, you must definitely give EXPOSED TO YOU and Everett Hughes a try. But remember, he belongs to me ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book after reading your twitter teaser, now after reading the review all I want to do is head over to Amazon buy this book and curl up and read it from beginning to end, if I didn’t have assignments due soon I’d do it, luckily the semester is almost over so I’ll get to read it soon-thanks for the great review Ann!

  3. I have a few of Beth’s books and agree with the emotional impace she has with her explosive sex that she pens.
Not to mention that you had my attention after two words–dominant streak! LOL!
Adding this one, Ann–and I seriously need to stop reading your reviews. Everytime I do, my wallet gets a little bit lighter.
