“There is a lot more world and character building in Danger’s Race. ”
~ Under the Covers

Holly goes on her most important scavenge yet, to find one particular ingredient that can cure Plush. Without it, Holly’s friend Darby will not be able to finish the cure, the cure that saved Holly’s life and can ultimately save the lives of others. So with Case and Daze in tow, Holly ventures out of the city limits and into unknown territory.

There is a lot more world and character building in Danger’s Race. We get to travel outside of the city and learn more about how the “apocalypse” affected other areas. We also learn more about Case, like where he’s from and how he got to where he is now in his life. In learning this I think Holly’s tiny soft spot for him has blossomed just a little giving Holly and Case a better relationship overall. I’m still rooting for them to be together though. Next book maybe?! I hope so because I’m a sucker for alpha couples.
