“This book has more cliches than you can shake a stick at…despite (or maybe because) of this jumble of different Romance Land staples, I couldn’t help but enjoy it”

What do you do when you want to get rid of your V-card at the ripe old age of 27, but the man you want to do it is Matt Quinn, your brother’s best friend who doesn’t remember you…and also a male escort? Simple. You hire him out. At least, that’s the tactic that Mia decides to take, what could possibly go wrong?
This book has more cliches than you can shake a stick at; lusting after your brother’s best friend; the male ‘escort’; gay best friends and a cinderella transfromation. Of course, despite (or maybe because) of this jumble of different Romance Land staples, I couldn’t help but enjoy it.
Belle Aurora gives us a lovely romance, between an unlikely pair, Quinn male escort and the cute and quiet Mia. Despite Mia contacting Quinn for sexual services, they beginning of their relationship is very sweet and this almost (not quite though) reads as a friends-to-lovers type romance. They have a series of funny text and email messages that start their relationship off and pretty soon the sparks are flying, although the romance is kind of cute, it’s also kind of sexy as well; Quinn certainly knows how to talk dirty!
A quick and easy read, that although wasn’t anything new or original, still left me smiling and glad I had picked it up.
