The combination of sexy and hilarious in A Reclusive Heart has a way of completely drawing me into the book and the characters so, before I know it I have finished the book and am left craving more. ~ Under the Covers

Jamie has decided to abandon her life as a modern day hermit and a pushover and enter the world and has become the newest employee of Rerun Publishing. The only problem with that is that the world is full of people like the supremely confident and handsome Nick who seem to walk all over her and who is unfortunately her new boss. But, Jamie is determined to put her old reclusive and shy self behind her and do all the things that she didn’t have the nerves to do before and Nick is the perfect guy to guide her in quest for new experiences.

Once again R.L.Mathewson has penned a fantastic read; funny and romantic A Reclusive Heart pulled me in from the first page. The combination of sexy and hilarious in A Reclusive Heart has a way of completely drawing me into the book and the characters so, before I know it I have finished the book and am left craving more. The main source of both the sexiness and the laughter comes from the relationship between Jamie and Nick, the interactions with each other ranged from sweet and tender to hilarious and it was a delight reading Jamie unknowingly wrap Nick around her little finger.

This is number two in the Hollywood Hearts series and you do briefly see the characters from the first book, but it isn’t necessary to have read book number one to fully enjoy A Reclusive Heart; it reads really well as a standalone as well. So I highly recommend you pick this book up, it is a short read but it is bound to leave you with a big smile on your face.
