Get excited because Jill Shalvis has written another Christmas-themed novella! If you know me, then you may already know that I love Shalvis’ Christmas novellas. They’re always very sweet and fun, and when you add that does of sexiness, well, it really becomes hard to resist.

ONE SNOWY NIGHT is all about Rory and Sexy Max. The two don’t exactly expect to be spending so much time together when they drive together to Lake Tahoe but it’s inevitable if they both want to get where they are going.

As always, Shalvis injects this story with her trademark wit and charm and I definitely found myself smiling as I read it. They’re just such fun, feel-good reads and you’ll definitely get into the Christmas spirit once you read this story.

ONE SNOWY NIGHT is part of the Heartbreaker Bay series. While the Lucky Harbor series is still probably my all-time favorite series from Shalvis, this one is growing on me more and more. There’s some good banter and even an adorable dog, so you already know it’s going to be a cute little story. At 160 pages, this novella is quite hefty and definitely gives you a detailed story so even if you’re not a huge fan of novellas, this one is long enough to provide a full story. I would high recommend this series if you enjoy small-town romances with a generous heap of humor.

  1. I loved Sweet Little Lies & have The Trouble With Mistletoe on deck to read. I ordered this novella in paperback from Amazon, so should get it soon. Thanks for the review!
