“I’m still feeling all warm and fuzzy after reading Loving Deviant, it was so cute!”
~ Under the Covers

In Venice’s desperation to leave Earth, she has been tricked, the man she thought she was going to see turns out to be a monster. One who wants to sell her to the highest bidder. But now she is stuck in a station, deep in space and running out of places to hide. Then she meets Deviant. Venice, like everyone else thought all cyborgs had been destroyed and yet now, he could be her last chance at making it off the space station intact.

I’m still feeling all warm and fuzzy after reading Loving Deviant, it was so cute! Once again Laurann Dohner delivers a romance that’s sweet and sexy; perfect for sitting back and relaxing with. Deviant is slightly different from other cyborgs and as they prize perfection so highly, this means that he is considered defective. Venice was in an accident that means that more than 50% of her body has had to be replaced with artificial limbs and organs, making it dangerous for her on Earth. Together they find the acceptance with one another that they haven’t managed to find within their own society.

Deviant wasn’t the usual overbearing arrogant cyborg that Dohner normally writes (and I adore) and it was nice to have a change of pace. This made the love story fairly straight forward and romantic, with very little conflict. But, Loving Deviant was just as hot as her previous books, cyborgs definitely know their way round the bedroom. So, if you are looking for something to heat you up and have you googling cybernetics for dummies than you need to pick this book (and series) up.
