Review: Lost in Paradise by Rachel Lacey

I have to admit I haven’t read a ton of f/f romances over the years so when I saw that Rachel Lacey had written one I knew I had to read it. Plus, pirates hijacking a cruise in the Mediterranean and two women escaping and being stranded on a deserted island until rescued… sounded too much fun to pass up.

Nicole is recently divorced and taking this cruise as the first thing she’s doing for herself.  Fiona was invited to go on this cruise by one of her flings.  They find each other alone at the bar on board and the sparks immediately fly.  But before they can explore things further chaos happens and they are quickly thrust into fighting for their lives. I love how a situation like this can accelerate feelings and emotions and in a way I had no problem buying into the deep connection that develops between the two in such a short amount of time.

LOST IN PARADISE was a short but really fun story.  A dash of danger and a romance with great chemistry really made this a great summer read.
