We have finally reached the book about Director Josh Tumbel.  I admit I’ve been curious about him and I was glad to see how his mate would show up.  Having a human who is hell bent on closing down the ALFA unit was probably one of the best fits!

Candy is smart and has skills to match the ALFA Director.  She’s not cowered and she doesn’t back down.  I really liked her character probably more so than some of the previous heroines in the series.

Josh felt a bit subdued at times, even tentative, and I wish he would’ve let loose a bit more.  But I think overall this is one of the best couples in this series.

The sense of friendship and community was really felt in this story because the ALFA teams gets to work together and that may have been one of my favorite things.  Their interactions, their jokes, and the way they work as a team was excellent!

FEARLESS MATING is a quick and definitely entertaining read full of action and some government red tape.  Perfect for a fun pick me up.
