Review: Becoming the Dark Prince by Kerri Maniscalco

Recommended Read!

If you haven’t read the previous books in the series, I would stop right there.  Don’t pick up this novella yet.  Come back to it after finishing ESCAPING FROM HOUDINI.  Why, you ask?  Because this takes place during the later parts of that book and if you pick this novella up thinking you want just a taste of the series and the writing style you’ll be completely lost!  Take this as more of a slice of life story that gives us some insight into what our adorable Thomas Cresswell was thinking during some of the events in that book.

That being said, this Cresswell fan couldn’t wait to dig into this story because any time I can get more Thomas Cresswell I’m there.  And let me tell you, I was not disappointed.  I may go as far as saying that I fall more in love with his character with every installment we get.  How is that even possible?

I won’t go into what happens in this novella because, again, spoilers.  But it’s a nice addition to read after the last book.  And for the all of you interested in the romance as much as me, just pick this up already!  There’ll be a nice little present for you in here.  I can’t wait for the next installment.
