“With the perfect amount of sexy and funny, these shifters are becoming a must read more and more everytime.” ~Under the Covers
Another original story in the Granite Lake world! First of all I love that this is a wolf/cat couple. The mixing of these two is always interesting, especially when their animals are so much a part of their personality.
Tessa Williams is Keri’s BFF (from WOLF LINE). She’s been wanting to do something for a while and now the perfect opportunity and idea comes into her hands. She can open up a B&B on the outskirts of the Granite Lake pack. She has this all mapped out with the perfect property and the plans for guests to go on all kinds of eco-adventures. Except she can’t buy the house she needs.
The house belongs to Mark. Mark is a wolf from the local pack, and one who has been looking for two things lately. One is a better way to make money than the odd jobs he’s been doing, and second…a mate. And luck is on his side when Tessa rolls up to his home bringing basically both things to his door.
Mark was a sweetheart, I just adored him. He was 100% on board with the mate thing and also on respecting her wishes and taking things slow. Tessa was fun as well, even though sometimes I was getting a headache trying to keep up with her speed! I love to see them working on the house together, but also interact with the pack and their family and friends. I am especially looking forward to Tessa’s brother story.
With the perfect amount of sexy and funny, these shifters are becoming a must read more and more everytime.
