ARC Review: Too Dangerous to Desire by Cara Elliott

Sophie Lawrence and Cameron Daggett were fire together before Sophie decided on a life without Cameron. Losing Sophie was hard on Cameron has made a life for himself through his thieving ways. However, years later he plans on stealing back the one thing that he covets most: Sophie’s heart.

TOO DANGEROUS TO DESIRE is the third book in the Lords of Midnight series. I found that Cara Elliott writes very well and I had no problems plowing through this book. The flow is great, the words seem to flow so effortlessly and there are some good humorous moments that made me smile.

In terms of the characters and romance, I felt that Cameron was a bit of a lothario – saying all the things things at the right moments. In a way, it affected the believability of the book because there is no way that any hero is that smooth. But I think it worked for Sophie because she was just as dramatic with her own actions.
