SOLE SUPPORT is a story about two men trying to find out how the puzzle pieces of their life will fit together. It’s about making decisions, taking advice from family and friends but listening to your heart in the end. ~ Under the Covers
Kaje Harper has a gem in on her hands. SOLE SUPPORT was one of those books that I had grinning from ear to ear as I read. There was something special about Kellan and Mike.
Kellan is an author who is working on a manuscript he hopes to sell soon. As decisions on that plague him, he finds comfort and a little distraction in his IM messages with Mike. Mike is a shy pathologist who is coaxed slowly out of his shell by Kellan. As their IM chats continue to get more and more flirty, I found myself rooting for these two like a cheerleader at a football game.
Their first meeting has the usual first date fumbles but it acts at a blooming point for their relationship. That first jump is crucial for the both of them because now they know that that spark is there without the computer screen to act as a barrier.
There is a touch of angst, but I think the cute moments between Kellan and Mile overshadow that. There is more good than bad in this case and it certainly makes this book better.
SOLE SUPPORT is a story about two men trying to find out how the puzzle pieces of their life will fit together. It’s about making decisions, taking advice from family and friends but listening to your heart in the end. I would recommend this book.
