ARC Review: Roped In by Lorelei James

It shouldn’t come as a surprise to me or any of you, but Lorelei James has done it again!  Here’s another couple I have fallen hard and fast for.

You could say this is an enemies to lovers story, which is a trope I love.  Sutton “The Saint” had bought his horse from London’s family.  A fact she wasn’t all too pleased about back then.  They had some words and weren’t each others favorite person.  After Sutton has a major accident and swear he won’t go back to competing, he needs some help with his horse to get it trained again and maybe find a new home.  So who best than London to do it.

London on her part has her own issues.  Her ex boyfriend dumped her for the rodeo queen and she’s been having to see them showing off their romance around the rodeo circuit, which she’s traveling to have her training practice.  When Sutton comes looking for her, she seizes the opportunity to exchange favors.  He can pretend to be her boyfriend so that she doesn’t look pathetic in front of others and she will help with his horse.  Things quickly get more serious than that!

I love a good, shy hero.  And “The Saint” is that at its best.  He’s all contained emotion waiting to bubble up!  He’s a gentleman when he needs to be, adorable and caring.  You will find yourself quickly in London’s shoes and falling for him.

Although I wanted a bit more sexy, this story had everything I wanted.  I got caught up in their story and could’ve read about them longer than this was.  Another great installment in this series that just leaves me craving more!  Write faster!!  Because I’m greedy like that.
