“Ms. Jones did not holdback on the steam factor in this book…. intimately erotic. It was hot and infused with a lot of emotion.” ~ Under the Covers
Sara and Chris are back in San Francisco where they have to face the impending chaos of Rebecca’s disappearance. Everyone is a suspect and the media are stalking everyone who is involved dampening on their engagement plans. This ordeal is also taking a heavy toll on their friend Mark and his businesses. Of course, the emotional impact on everyone is just awful. The only way to get over this is to finally find out where Rebecca is.
I’m happy about Sara and Chris’ relationship. They really have come a long way not only as a couple but individually, emotionally and sexually. They have opened up quite a bit in Paris and everything is out in the open. They are both healing and moving on from their painful pasts. Even their sexual relationship has evolved to something more they both did not expect. Finally, they are where they belong. There are no more secrets, no resentments and no regrets between them.
Ms. Jones did not hold back on the steam factor in this book. It wasn’t wild or heavy on the BDSM but intimately erotic. It was hot and infused with a lot of emotion. I am in love with their relationship and it truly has been a journey for both of them. I really enjoy where their story have come to be. My only complaint is that it seems like forever that I’ve been waiting to finally get their HEA. I feel that it’s close but not quite in my reach. I think it’s way overdue.
Meanwhile, Mark is still in turmoil. The guilt of losing Rebecca eats at him and is affecting him beyond what he can handle. He has a lot on his plate and he’s in the verge of losing it. You still don’t find out what truly happens to Rebecca, but you will get a feel for what is to come. In many ways, everyone in this book is hoping she shows up alive and well, including me as a reader. Mark is hanging in there, I’m just glad he has Crystal to support him. Speaking of which, the next novella is of Mark and Crystal. I’m intrigued to find out how Ms. Jones takes their relationship in a more serious tone when Mark clearly still loves Rebecca. I guess we’ll find out as its scheduled to release September 8th, 2014.

Thanks Angela for the review
Thanks for the review, I’ve been undecided if I want to start this series or not.
I’ve heard good things about this series but the premise just doesn’t appeal to me. :/
