Montana Homecoming and the rest of the books in this series has all the feels of family drama and romance to melt your heart.
~ Under the Covers

Getting lost in Kim Law’s Wilde Stories is just what I needed.  Montana Homecoming is the last installment of The Wildes of Birch Bay and this is Cord’s story.

Out of all the siblings, Cord was the most affected by his mother’s death and her final manipulation left long term damages which had him leaving their hometown for good.  With siblings’ weddings and his father’s declining health, Cord has been back more times then he would like.  Little did he know his last visit will give him more reasons to stay.

Surprize! There’s a baby on the way.  Maggie, is your typical sweet local teacher everyone loves.  Her pregnancy came as a surprise to everyone and the father of the baby is a mystery.  Of Course, only she knows.  Time is running out and the right thing to do is to let the father know.

While Cord is not my favorite hero in this series, I enjoyed seeing the last of the Wildes get his well deserved story. I was happy to see him overcome his issues but I was happier that Maggie found her HEA in him. The journey was rough and there were times I thought Maggie was too nice and more times I thought she deserved better but I suppose Cord was worth the wait.

  1. Not sure if I’ll start this series with this as the ending. Although it seems to work out, when a series ends with a character I’m not totally in live with, it’s disappointing.
