Cherise Sinclair is often known for her amazing erotic romances and BDSM sex scenes. However, I’ve really come to love her talent for writing emotional love stories and HEALING OF THE WOLF is a perfect example of this.
I completely fell in love with this book. The beginning chapters hooks you right in, making you feel for these characters in a huge way. It’s been a long time since I’ve raved about a book, but this one totally tugged at my heartstrings and made me fall in love. I loved the way Sinclair used emotions in this story. There was a mixture of fear, worry, lust, desire, love, and many more. The range of emotions is incredible and I think she handled the romance perfectly.
Since this is a shifter book, I also think she did a great job of adding the paranormal bits well. There’s a big sense of duty and community in this book and I really liked that aspect because it just adds another dimension and secondary plot to the book.
Sinclair’s writing seems to be getting better and better, so I’m looking forward to seeing what she has planned next for her readers. In the past, I’ve always preferred her BDSM books, but this series is quickly rising. Who knows, maybe one day the shifters will surpass the Doms. I can’t wait to see what Sinclair will do next!

Oh I can’t wait to read this!
Thanks for the review, I need to check out this series.
This book is another example of Cherise’s talent when it comes to weaving a story that draws you in. I totally should have expected the major drama and problem solving in the later part of the book. As usually her way of using known characters to fill in the background of the story is great as we get updates of dear characters from previous books. Home run!
