ARC Review: Flash Bang by Meghan March

For Rowan Callahan when all the electronics suddenly get wiped out it seems like the last ten years, including the cluster fuck of the last couple of weeks, get wiped away as well and she slips back to being the country girl with the ex-marine father who has prepared her for exactly how to survive. But she comes across more than she can handle on the way back to her home ranch and her family and the two men who seem to want to protect her, also want her in their bed and with them forever.

I have finished this book and yet I am still searching…where are the zombies? The aliens? Maybe even the Russians? All staple fair when dealing with post apocalyptic tales of survival. All we had was an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) that wiped out electronics nationwide and then the world went to hell fast. I admit, I am still holding out for some little green men, but a apart of me was relieved from the break in tradition.

Whilst I was reading I also compiled a list of all the things I will need in an post apocalyptic world, and this is what I came up with

• x2 sexy former Marines (Although I am not picky, any branch of the military will satisfy me so long as they have skills.)
• Lube

I admit, this is a short list, but I feel it covers everything, unless Meghan March is leading me astray…! Graham and Zach, the above mentioned marines were delicious, growly and commanding in some places, sweet and sexy in others with some advanced bedroom skills to round it all up. And I really enjoyed seeing, Rowan, Graham and Zach fall into their menage relationship, they had some pretty hot chemistry going on and I relished every minute of it.

All this was set in a ranch that had been geared up for all emergencies, including the end of the world and was choc full of sexy military types. I haven’t seen anything mentioned about turning this into a series, but I really hope it does, there seem to be a lot of potential stories, as well as solving the mystery of who (or what?!) set of the EMP in the first place. The latter being something that was never really addressed in this book.

This was a great read, sexy and full of emotional upheaval with such great potential for more in the future.
