ARC Review: Delivered with a Kiss by Marie Harte

DELIVERED WITH A KISS is book four in Marie Harte’s Veteran Movers series. I’ve more or less enjoyed the books in this series, so I was looking forward to reading this one. I had no idea that this book was coming out, so it was a bit of a surprise release. However, I did enjoy Smith and Erin’s story.

I definitely think that you can read this book as a standalone but it does feature past characters who are always welcome in my book. I love the sense of community and family that Harte always brings to her books as well as the dose of humor and sexiness.

As of late, I do feel like the author hasn’t been writing as steamy scenes as some of her previous books, but I still enjoy the alpha heroes and military touches that this book has. It makes the heroes feel a little more larger than life but still also relatable. And Smith was a character that I think a lot of women will really enjoy.

I do believe that this is the last book in the series. It’s sad to see it end, but I do think that Harte did a good job with this Contemporary Romance series. They are my favorite of hers and I hope that she will write more sexy Contemporaries in the future!
