All The Way is sexy, sweet and it’s a total “foodie” romance.  And as usual, another job well done by Ms. Probst.  She never fails to deliver a wonderful contemporary romance. ~Under The Covers

All The Way is sexy, sweet , and it’s a total “foodie” romance. And as usual, another job well done by Ms. Probst. She never fails to deliver a wonderful contemporary romance.

What would you do if you cross paths with someone who broke your heart? Run the other way or face him and get revenge for all the heart aches he’s given you. Miranda Storme gets her chance. She bumps into her ex, Gavin Luciano in his family owned restaurant. Ironically, she is now a food critic and has all the capability to get back at him. The question is, what will Karma give back.

Gavin is close to a partnership at a well known law firm but is held up to help with Mia Casa, his family’s restaurant. He will have to face his family, friends , and the biggest mistake he’s made in the past and will be forced to make big decisions. Karma, as we all know, can be a bitch or a friend depending on what is deserved, something Gavin strongly believes in. Well, as it is due, Karma will be served cold , and Gavin will have to eat it all up.

I love that Gavin and Miranda got their second chance with love and I love that the only baggage they have been the mess they created for themselves. There was never a feeling of intsta-love , but more like insta-understanding of what they were to each other From the time they meet again and as soon as Gavin called Miranda “Red”, you know they had something more than a one night stand. It will definitely be a journey for both of them , and it’s a love story I truly enjoyed.

The unforgettable secondary characters included Gavin’s Pop, who could not stop quoting Frank Sinatra; Anthony, the Chef who was passionate about his menu and Brando, Gavin’s Brother who seems to have big sibling rivalry going on. I have a feeling we will see a lot more of them in the future.

All the Way was originally not a start of a series , but I was told that book two is in the making and it will be Gavin’s younger brother Brando. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until 2014. On the up side, we know Probst will write another great story that is worth the wait. And if you have not read the Marriage To A Billionaire series, it’s one I highly recommend.

If you like Louisa Edwards or Victoria Dahl, you WILL LOVE Jennifer Probst.

  10. I have the audio CD of The Marriage Bargain that I listened to back in the Fall. It was my first Jennifer Probst book and I totally fell in love with her writing. She has a very naturally witty way about her dialogue. It makes her character seem very real and fresh. I found the romance to be steamy, lighthearted, and fun. I still haven’t had a chance to get to books 2 and 3 yet but I definitely want to read Micheal and Maggie’s story. As secondary characters in The Marraige Bargain, they totally captivated my interest. And now here she comes with another seemingly irresistible book. Thanks for once again for feeding my TBR/Wish list 😉
